The Birchli scout centre is located in the district of the same name in Einsiedeln (Canton Schwyz) at 935 metres above sea level, idyllically close to Lake Sihl and with a breathtaking panoramic view over the lake and the Sihl Valley mountains as far as the imposing Fluebrig. An arena with a barbecue area and a playground await you on the grounds. The house can be reached from Zurich in just one hour by public transport. The rooms are practically furnished with bunk beds; all 32 beds have pillows and covers, although sleeping bags must be brought along. The modern Minergie house is centrally and comfortably heated by underfloor heating. The spacious lounge and dining area offers space for 32 people and invites you to linger with a cosy fireplace. The kitchen and sanitary facilities are modern and well equipped. Ideal for scout, youth or class camps as well as for courses and family celebrations - the Birchli scout centre is a perfect starting point for hikes, bike tours as well as snow and ski tours. Guggenmusik rehearsals cannot be held at our premises. Einsiedeln itself attracts visitors with its famous monastery and baroque church, nearby ski resorts, an ice park, hiking trails and tennis courts. The house is heated centrally with a heat pump and will be handed over warm.
Days without an entry are considered free. Only the enquiry to the host is binding.
