gruppenhaus.swiss is a static information site. We set no cookies, use no local browser storage and run no tracking or web analytics. There are no user accounts and no forms collecting data from you. Search and filtering run entirely in your browser; no input is sent to us.
When you access the site, our hosting provider (Nine Internet Solutions AG / deplo.io, Switzerland) processes – as any web server does – technical access data, in particular the IP address, date and time, the page requested and the browser used. This data serves the secure and stable operation of the site (legitimate interest) and is not combined with other data.
Some pages display maps via OpenStreetMap. When a map loads, your browser transmits technically necessary data (including the IP address) to the OpenStreetMap Foundation to deliver the map tiles. Provider: OpenStreetMap Foundation, St John’s Innovation Centre, Cowley Road, Cambridge, CB4 0WS, United Kingdom. Details: https://wiki.osmfoundation.org/wiki/Privacy_Policy
Accommodation photos are loaded directly from the groups.swiss platform (also Groups AG). Your IP address is transmitted to that server in order to display the images.
By clicking “Enquire on groups.swiss”, you leave gruppenhaus.swiss for the groups.swiss platform. The privacy policy of groups.swiss then applies.
Fonts and the mapping library are served from our own server. No transmission to third parties (e.g. Google) takes place.
You have the right to access the personal data we process about you and to have it corrected, deleted or its processing restricted. Please contact the address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent authority – in Switzerland the FDPIC, in the EU your national data protection authority.
We may update this policy if the website or the legal framework changes. The version published here applies.
