About the house

My Lady’s Manor is the ideal venue for your professional or cultural gathering. The house is particularly well suited for team-building and brainstorming activities, as well as cultural programs such as writing, art, history, architecture, or classical music workshops. Our beautiful villa is located in a picturesque medieval town on the shores of Lake Neuchâtel (Fribourg, Switzerland). It is surrounded by a lovely garden with century-old trees and gravel paths lined with hydrangeas. The train station and town center are close by, providing easy access to all amenities. Our house is a listed historic monument and we have taken great care to preserve its original character. The bedrooms are spacious and bright, but do not have private bathrooms. There are two floors of rooms, each with a bathroom, plus an additional bathroom on the ground floor. The ideal group size is 10 guests, with a maximum capacity of 14. Please discuss your project with us in advance — we will tell you honestly if our villa is the right fit for you. The rental price is 3,000 CHF for 5 nights.

I am of American origin and speak English and French. My house is ideal for cultural workshops such as music, literature, art, architecture and history. As a long-term resident of our town, I can assist you with planning sightseeing, meals, and other activities to complement your main program. I have extensive experience in this field. We have already hosted opera masterclasses, painting and drawing courses, archaeology workshops, and more.
