The group accommodation in the Burgerhaus Wiler is located in the heart of the village of Wiler in the Lötschental (Valais, Switzerland) and is well connected. The 30 beds are divided into 2 multi-bed rooms with 12 beds each and 2 single rooms with 2 bunk beds each. The well-equipped kitchen and the lounge/dining room are in the adjacent building (old alpine dairy). Sanitary facilities in the group accommodation: 4 toilets and 2 group showers. The public toilets in the house can also be used. With 200 km of hiking trails, the Lötschental is one of the most beautiful hiking areas in the Valais. We especially recommend the Lötschental Legend Trail, which leads hikers from the Lauchernalp mountain station to the Fafleralp. Ten different Lötschental legends take the interested hiker into the world of myths and legends. The valley station of the Wiler - Lauchernalp aerial cableway is in the village and takes you from 1419 m above sea level to 1969 m above sea level. It also operates in summer. The chairlifts from Lauchernalp Stafel and the gondola lift are only in operation in winter. On Lauchernalp you can benefit from a unique freeride paradise up to 3111 m above sea level. The ski area is easy to reach by post bus.

Wiler is 5 km from the Goppenstein car transport station (south station of the Lötschberg). If arriving by public transport, change to the post bus at Goppenstein station. Bus stop directly in the village of Wiler. Car access possible.
