Located right in the village centre and next to the bus stop, the house offers around 170 m² of living space with plenty of room for cooking, socialising, and relaxing. It is ideal for school groups, clubs, and groups of up to 18 people. The house provides at least 3 double rooms (for groups of 5 or more) and can be expanded to up to 5 rooms on request. In total, there are 18 beds: three rooms on the ground floor and two rooms upstairs, equipped with double beds, single beds, and extra beds. In Tschierv, you will find a heated outdoor swimming pool, a playground with barbecue area, a football field, and a climbing park – perfect for active days with your group. Winter highlights: The ski bus takes you to the family-friendly Minschuns ski area in about 10 minutes, offering 25 km of slopes and a ski and snowboard school. The ski bus stops right in front of the house, and the valley run even ends near the property. The 28 km cross-country ski trail network is located just next to the house. Natural ice rinks for skating and curling, as well as a floodlit sledging and toboggan run, make this a true winter paradise for ski camps and snow sports groups.
