The holiday house is quietly yet centrally located in Davos, ideal for nearby ski areas and leisure activities. Train station 1 km, town centre 750 m. Access by car all the way to the house (9 parking spaces, 2 garage spaces). Coaches can reach the house in summer; in winter there is a walking distance of approx. 200 m. Jakobshorn ski area is 900 m away, Parsenn is 5 minutes by car/local bus. With the Davos Klosters Premium Card, the local bus is free of charge.
