The Döttinger holiday home is surrounded by alpine meadows and fir forests. It is ideally suited as group accommodation for biker holidays, ski camps, class camps, group camps, company excursions, club and family excursions. It has 3 halls (dining room, lounge with large TV and Internet, multi-purpose room with table tennis and table football) and a functionally equipped kitchen. Within walking distance there is a public and freely accessible playground and barbecue area with seating and a practice slope with ski lift. The gymnasium and the football pitch can also be used by prior arrangement with the municipal administration. Good rail and road connections allow day trips to well-known Valais holiday resorts. The post bus runs between Fiesch station (train, post bus and cable car) and Fieschertal (5 min. journey time). Fiescheralp, right in the middle of the hiking and skiing area of the Aletsch Arena with Bettmeralp and Riederalp, can be reached by gondola from Fiesch station in 10 minutes. From there, the cable car takes you up to the Eggishorn summit, with its impressive views of the Aletsch Glacier and the entire panorama of the Valais Alps.
