The Colonie de vacances Sur le Vau is an old farmhouse turned into a holiday residence with 60 beds near Travers in the canton Neuchâtel (Switzerland). It is situated in the midst of nature, only one kilometre away from the village, at the edge of a brook. It can be reached by way of a small street by car or coach, and it is only 15 minutes' walk away from the train station. A garden including BBQ and a small playfield for volleyball and basketball. Dining room with old wood-panelling and lounge with a big fireplace. The holiday residence lies at the entrance of the natural reservation of the Creux du Van and close to the Areuse gorge - it is ideal for hiking and biking tours (cycle and mountain-bike track).
