Chalet Edelweiss in the picturesque village of Im Fang (La Villette, Canton of Fribourg, Switzerland), is an accommodation for groups and families in the heart of the Gruyère region, less than an hour from Lausanne or Bern. Im Fang is very close to Charmey, Jaun and the Cailler chocolate factory in Broc, near the nature parks of Gruyère, Pays d'Enhaut and Gantrisch-Schwarzsee. Im Fang in the Jaunbach valley is known for its wooden chalets and its cemetery with unique carved crosses. The valley is dominated by the Gastlosen massif and the Hochmatt. Surrounded by lush meadows and forests, Chalet Edelweiss is located in the middle of unspoiled nature. Here it welcomes groups and families for vacations and seminars with its rustic charm. The wooden interior and original decoration create a unique atmosphere, which will immerse you in another world. Please note that some of the architectural elements are witnesses of another time (soundproofing, windows, arrangement of sanitary rooms, etc.). The "fire ring" in front of the chalet is a work of art by Andreas Reichling. It is an outdoor kitchen reduced to its simplest form, which allows for a unique culinary group experience.
