The group accommodation Casa Polivalente - Colonie dei Sindacati is located in the heart of the Leventina valley (Rodi, Ticino, Switzerland), in the middle of nature and close to many places of interest. It is spacious, offers a 4000 m2 flat garden and a casina (covered loggia) for creative activities. Covered barbecue area, tables and benches, asphalt basketball court and, if desired, nets for beach volleyball and goals for grass football. The halls include a multi-purpose room with beamer, projector, screen, music system, flipchart, conference table and lectern, three classrooms and an office with WiFi connection. A coffee machine is available in the cafeteria. Disabled sanitary facilities are available on all floors. Nursing beds are available on request. Accommodation prices range between CHF 15 and CHF 26 per person, depending on the season and number of persons. Bed linen is included in the price. In the immediate vicinity of the house, game viewing and interesting hikes such as the route on Monte Piottino from the Piottino gorge to the Bedrina nature reserve are tempting. The mountain lake of Tremorgio can be reached on foot from the hamlet of Fiesso-sopra or with the AET cable car from Rodi-Fiesso. For sports enthusiasts there are nearby sports facilities and in winter the main ski resorts can be reached in a short time.

Public transport: for those travelling by train you can reach Rodi Fiesso by bus 191 departing from the railway stations of Bellinzona or Faido. CAR/BUS: on the A2 motorway, take exit 42 for Quinto and turn left towards the centre of Rodi. After the AET power station you will see a large pink house on the left: it is the Casa Polivalente. Turn left immediately after the house and left again after 500 m to reach the car park.
