The Auberge du Mont-Blanc is set in the village of Trient (Lower Valais, Switzerland). Located on the Tour du Mont Blanc hiking trail, it offers 120 beds with the option of private rooms or dormitories. A wonderfully romantic environment and stunning panoramic views provide a spectacular backdrop for the ultimate relaxing getaway. In summer, the valley is a hiker's paradise offering many miles of designated hiking trails of all difficulty levels. You will also find a wide range of options for climbing, mountain bike tours, the Emosson dam and the Châtelard theme park. In winter, it is a haven for ski fanatics: Vallorcine can be reached in 5 min., while Marécottes, Verbier and Chamonix are also close-by. You can also enjoy sledging, cross-country skiing, winter hiking and a baby lift. Relax in the cozy lounge, sauna or games room. A conference room is available for max. 60 people. Guests can eat either in the dining room, the veranda or terrace. Self-catering guests will appreciate the professionally equipped kitchens, while others can enjoy regional specialties right from our kitchen. Our Auberge is accessible by car from Switzerland via the Col de la Forclaz (Martigny) or from France via the Col des Montets (Chamonix). A bus runs every day from Martigny to Châtelard and stops in front of our Auberge. A train runs every day from Martigny to Chamonix.
